Ordering Information



Before ordering, it is important that you understand that all of the furniture shown here is handcrafted, one piece at a time, from real wood.
Please note that all of our items are handcrafted at the time your order is placed - please allow a minimum of eight to twelve (8 to 12) weeks for delivery.
Lumber will have a different grain pattern and will stain differently, from piece to piece. This means that the furniture you receive may be slightly different in color and grain pattern than in the pictures. However, the overall design and look of the furniture will be as close as possible to the furniture shown in the pictures.
The prices shown do not include creating or shipping fees. All prices are for the items as shown in the photos, any request for changes to the design may result in an additional cost to you. Prices may change without notice due to conditions beyond our control.
Payment Information
We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards as payment. All personal checks will be held until they clear the bank. No work on items will be started until the check clears.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required when your order is placed. Once your deposit is received work will begin on your piece. Your deposit is non-refundable once the work has started on your order.
When work is completed on your order, the remaining balance plus shipping fees are due. The item will not be shipped until this is received. Your item will then be turned over to one of our shipping partners, who will create it and ship it to you. Once the item is turned over to the shipper we are no longer responsible for damage or loss. All furniture is shipped with insurance. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, contact the shipping company.
Shipping
Small items will be shipped via UPS and FedEx. All of the large furniture offered here is shipped fully assembled, so it must be shipped by truck. Shipping furniture fully assembled can be expensive; please keep in mind, though, that you are buying a well-constructed, quality piece of furniture that will last for generations.
The highest compliment I can receive is the referral of your friends, family, and business associates.
